My fiancé and I are relocating to Quakertown and we had the pleasure of working with Zach when trying to find a rental property. I had never worked with a realtor while searching for a rental property so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Zach exceeded all of my expectations! He was in constant contact with us (evenings and weekends), and he was so exceptionally responsive to our needs and any questions we had. While I was in VA, he would set up showings with my fiancé in PA in a matter of just a few hours. Since I was in VA, I was not touring places with Zach, but my fiancé spoke so highly about how helpful and knowledgeable Zach was about the properties they toured and the market overall. He helped us secure a perfect rental property, and if/when we plan to purchase a house in the Quakertown area, I would not hesitate at all to use Zach’s services again. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
