Patricia joined the team in March 2022. She works alongside Amanda and Michelle to provide administrative support to the team and ensure that all transactions are processed and closed in a timely manner. After getting her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development Studies from the University of the Philippines, she pursued a career in banking and finance. She previously worked as a loan officer for a bank in Manila and as a virtual assistant for a hard money lending company based in Washington.

Patricia has traveled around South East Asia and spent two years living in Denmark. Her favorite cities are Bangkok, Hongkong, Barcelona, and Copenhagen. She now lives in Manila and enjoys watching Korean dramas, spending time with her family on weekends, singing Whitney Houston songs in the karaoke, and being happily cooped up in her apartment.
